Effective Immediately
New form for College Eligibility Status

In the ongoing effort to streamline paperwork, avoid confusion, and ensure all athletes competing in the US Archery College Archery Program are eligible, the new form is effective immediately.

The first and primary requirement is that the athlete MUST be a full-time student at one school of higher education. Athletes must maintain their full-time status for the entire year to remain eligible.

Please read it over carefully and complete it in full. It is imperative that the form be signed by one of the listed authorities. If you choose to not send your transcripts, the form MUST be signed and sealed by the college registrar and have the college seal on the form. This is easily obtained by taking the completed form to the registrar’s office at your school and they will check each athlete’s eligibility and put their seal on the form.

If you choose to send your transcripts as proof of eligibility, the College Archery Program registrar will destroy the transcripts upon verification of your status. They will not be retained or provided to anyone else.

Please note: There is additional paperwork required. You must provide your NAA membership information as well as submit a signed Code of Conduct for each athlete.

Every athlete will be required to show eligibility for each semester in order to maintain eligibility. These requirements are to ensure that only CAP eligible athletes compete in this division.
