Fundraising is the heart of this organization. Donations are tax deductible.  We established the scholarship because when Clarke made the 2004 Jr. World Outdoor team, he didn’t have any backup equipment, we didn’t have a travel budget, and we didn’t know for sure how we were going to fund his trip. We only knew that we would make it happen. He had worked so hard and achieved so much in a short amount of time.

We were overwhelmed by the amount of support Clarke received from local clubs in Utah. He received donations from clubs and people we didn’t even know. It was with a lot of outside support that we were able to purchase all the equipment Clarke needed, as well as pay for the airfare.

To support our eventual goal; which is to one day totally fund every ‘unfunded’ team member on Jr. World and Collegiate teams, requires a very large amount of money.  Our goal is that every dollar that is donated makes its way to an archer. To accomplish this, the corporation is staffed by volunteers, and overhead costs are minimized. The corporation setup and office costs have been paid for by the directors of the corporation.

You too can help! We encourage you to send in donations.  Help us honor Clarke’s life. Help us fund the future of U.S. Archery! Make a donation of money, or in-kind donation today!

 Mail your donation to:
Clarke Sinclair Memorial Archery Scholarship

You can also help in other ways. We can accept in-kind donations, or you can be creative such as a group of ladies in Ridgecrest, CA.

The quilt guild sold tickets for and then donated the proceeds of $2585 to Clarke’s Scholarship.  It was a generous and welcomed gesture.

Another person has donated several stained-glass items that will be sold with 100% of the proceeds supporting the fund. Not one dime is being used for overhead or materials for either of these projects

You can set up a local tournament and send in the proceeds.

You can hold other fundraising events that would be tax deductible.

If you are an owner of a business, you can donate items that we can sell and put the proceeds into the fund. Your donation of product is tax-deductible and by letting us sell your product, you can receive advertising as well.
